ELISA: Indirect: To detect hMCP-4 by indirect ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/mL is required. In conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMCP-4. Sandwich: To detect hMCP-4 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/mL is required. This In conjunction with BiotinylatedAnti-Human MCP-4 as a detection antibody, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMCP-4. Western Blot: To detect hMCP-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hMCP-4 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity ofhMCP-4 (100 ng/mL), a concentration of 8 - 12 μg/mL of this antibody is required.

Sujet
- Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein 4 (MCP4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of Cytokines. Like Eotaxin, MCP4 is a powerful eosinophil chemo-attractant. Additionally, like MCP3, MCP4 elicits chemo-attraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes.Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 13, CCL13, CK-beta-10, MCP4, Monocyte chemotactic protein 4, NCC-1, NCC1, SCYA13, Small-inducible cytokine A13
