Indications d'application

Direct ELISA: To detect Human ApoE3 by Direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution)a concentration of approx. 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylated polyclonalantibody allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human ApoE3. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human ApoE3 by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well) aconcentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylated antibody, inconjunction with Affinity purified anti-Human ApoE3 (ABIN181667 or ABIN181668) as acapture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant HumanApoE3. Western blot: To detect Human ApoE3 this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limitfor recombinant Human ApoE3 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions.

Autre désignation
- Apolipoprotein E (Apo E)
-
Sujet
- Apolipoprotein E3 mediates the binding, internalization, and catabolism of lipoprotein particles. It can serve as a ligand for the LDL (apo B/E) receptor and for the specific apo E receptor (chylomicron remnant) of hepatic tissues.Synonyms: Apo-E, ApoE
