Indications d'application: Approved: Flo

Usage: Flow Cytometry: 5x10e5 cultured human HPB-MLT cells per tube were incubated 45 min on ice with 80 μL of anti-CD18 antibody at a concentration of 5 μg/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.52 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a negative control at a similar concentration.
