Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.

Commentaires:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa and Jurkat cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: A customer reported weak staining of Jurkat cells at a concentrat
