Specificité
- The antibody recognizes the human CD13 cell surface glycoprotein, a 150 kDa protein expressed by granulocytes and monocytes, and by myeloid leukemia cells. CD13 functions as an amino-peptidase enzyme and is also a receptor for coronavirus. Species Reactivity: Human. Other species not tested.

- Flow cytometry Immunoprecipitation Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) ELISA Functional application: Inhibits infection of cells by human coronavirus and inhibits amino-peptidase N activity of the CD13 molecule immunoprecipitates.
