L’anticorps anti-PKC mu Polyclonal Lapin est utilisé pour la détection de PKC mu dans des échantillons de Humain, Souris et Rat. Il a été validé pour WB et IF.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. This antibody detects endogenous levels of PKD/PKCμ only when phosphorylated at Serine 910.
Purification
Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Immunogène
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PKD/PKCmy around the phosphorylation site of serine 910 (R-V-SP-I-L).
