Specificité: This antibody detects endogenous levels of LIMK1 only when phosphorylated at Threonine 508.

Purification: Affinity Chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human LIMK1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 508 (R-Y-TP-V-V).

Detected ubiquitously throughout the different regions of adult brain, with highest levels in the cerebral cortex.
