Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects CaM Kinase II, alpha subunit, in bovine brain cytosol and rat brain microsome preparations. Bovine brain cytosol was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-CaM Kinase II (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody has been reported to detect CaM Kinase II, alpha subunit, in rat brain coronal sections.1. -
