Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, ICC, IHC, IHC-Fr

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation or Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Acetone fixation): Effective for human tissue, especially in circumstances where up-regulation of the receptor is being evaluated. Not suitable for use on formalin-fixed or paraffin-embedded tissues. May not detect the low-level basal expression of Integrin alphavbeta6 in epithelia of healthy adults. Immunocytochemistry: Effective for F6, HT-29, H441 cell lines. (Other cell lines not tested). Flow Cytometry: Effective for detection of human and monkey alphavbeta6.

Not recommended for: IHC-P, IP, WB
