Specificité: Recognizes both membrane-bound and soluble forms of HLA-G (HLA-G1 and HLA-G5). HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib, nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells. The antibody 87G blocks interaction of HLA-G with inhibitory receptors

Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, Flo

Usage: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of cells expressing HLA-G molecule on the cell surface, and for ELISA. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 1:500. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Wo The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
