Western Blot: 0.2-2 μg/mL of this lot detected Vav3 in RIPA lysates from HeLa and Jurkat cells. Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect Vav3 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma sections. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Vav3 from Jurkat cell lysate and SU86.86 pancreatic tumor cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect Vav3 in Jurkat and SU86.86 pancreatic tumor cells.
