Indications d'application: Approved: ICC (5 - 20 μg/mL), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 5-20 μg/mL showed positive immunostaining for Integrin 3 (CD61) in HuVec cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde followed by permeabilization with 0.25 % Triton X-100. Western Blot: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in WM852 and 1205Lu whole cell extracts. Immunohistochemistry: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in malignant melanoma sections.
