Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detected E2F4 in RIPA lysates from non-stimulated A431 cell lysate. Previous lots have detected E2F4 in HeLa nuclear extract, mouse 3T3 fibroblasts, and rat L6 skeletal myoblasts. Immunoprecipitation: 4-10 μg immunoprecipitated E2F4 from 500 μg of mouse 3T3/A431 cell lysate.
