Indications d'application: Approved: ICC, IHC, IHC-Fr, IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Detects alpha-Actinin in RIPA lysates from human A431 cells. Immunocytochemistry/Immunohistochemistry: 15 μg/mL. Reported positive immunostaining for alpha-Actinin in MRC-5 cells fixed with methanol and also in frozen sections.
