Specificité: Recognizes human placental alkaline phosphate, a 67kD isoform expressed in trophoblast cells of normal human placenta, in seminomas and in ovarian carcinoma. The 3H2834 antibody has been widely used in immunolocalization studies of germ cell tumors and may also be used in ELISA based assays for the measurement of soluble PLAP.

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA. and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 10 μg/mL Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x10⁶ in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Not recommended for use on paraffin sections. Positive control: Placenta, seminoma.
