Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Use 10 μL to label 1 x10⁶ in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. ELISA: 1-5 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1-5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
