Usage: ELISA Detection: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-13 protein levels.1,2 Biotinylated antibody should be paired with purified antibody (Cat. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human IL-13 under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
