Use 10 μL of the optimal working dilution to label 1 x10⁶ in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:500-1:1000. Positive control: Human Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
