Indications d'application: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Commentaires:

If necessary, the antiserum is adsorbed to monospecificity by use of solid-phase adsorbants. Following adsorption, an immunoglobulin fraction is produced by ion-exchange chromatography. The immunoglobulin fraction is conjugated with horseradish peroxidase activated by periodate. Preservatives are added.
