Indications d'application: Flow cytometry Basic studies of VLA4 mediated adhesion and its interaction with the VCAM-1 structure. Fluorescent microscopy or flow cytometry: 2 µg/5x105 cells/test Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 mL distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from PBS containing 1 mg/mL BSA.
