Indications d'application
- A 1:50 dilution will block 60-70 % of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of recombinant human IL-2. This antibody will also block 70-80 % of MLR. Suitable for use in ELISA (1:5.000). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

- Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of water. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
