- Can be used for detection of Apo E in plasma and lipoproteins, for ELISA and Western blot (1:200 - 1:80.000), enzyme conjugation and biotinylation. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
