Sujet
- Mi-2 (ATP-dependent helicase Mi-2) is a member of the CHD family of ATP-dependent chromatin remodelers characterized by the presence of two tandemly arranged chromodomains. The Chd3/Chd4 subfamily contains a pair of PHD fingers preceding the chromodomains and these proteins exist in multisubunit complexes with nucleosome remodeling and deacetylation (NuRD) activity. Drosophila Mi-2 (dMI-2) is the orthologs of mammalian CHD4.
