Cet anticorps anti-IL9 Receptor est un anticorps Souris Monoclonal détectant IL9 Receptor dans FACS. Adapté pour Humain. Ce Primary Antibody a été cité dans 3+ publications.
The mouse monoclonal antibody AH9R7 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD129 / IL-9R alpha, a 57 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed at low levels by lymphocytes, blood cell progenitors, eosinophils, mast cells, epithelial cells, muscle cells and neurons.

Interleukin 9 receptor,CD129 serves as the high affinity alpha subunit of IL-9 receptor. It associates with CD132, the common gamma chain shared by receptors of many different cytokines. CD129 is expressed at low levels by T and B cells, blood cell progenitors, eosinophils, mast cells, epithelial cells, muscle cells and neurons. Its signaling (through JAK/STAT pathways) results in proliferative and anti-apoptotic response, which is critical e.g. for intrathymic T cell development and survival of various cell types. The gene for CD129 is located at the pseudoautosomal regions of X and Y chromosomes and it may be related with the development of asthma.,IL9R
