Specificité: Detects a ~10kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of ubiquitin on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, monkey, mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, bovine, porcine, canine, sheep, chicken, Xenopus, yeast, Drosophila, E. coli and fish. It has also been shown to immunoprecipitate BSA-conjugated ubiquitin and will identify free ubiquitin and ubiquinated proteins on immunoblots.
