The specificity of this antibody has been shown by blocking studies in Western blotting, whereby staining was blocked by the phosphopeptide. No blocking was seen by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide. Species cross Reactivity: Human, mouse & rat (100 % identity immunogen sequence).
