Does not react to recombinant EPO (human), ACTH (1-39), Calcitonin (human), Insulin (human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 (human) and Parathyroid hormone (human). By epitope mapping with synthetic peptides, it was found that this antibody binds to residues 14-29 of human TPO.
