Approved: Flo (50 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL, For intracellular staining to detect human Ret, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin. Dilute this antibody to 50 μg/mL and add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Cells should be washed for a final time in 0.1 % saponin prior to flow cytometric analysis. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
