Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), ICC (10 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL detection limit for rhNotch-1 IC is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL detection limit for rhNotch-1 IC is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. For SAOS2 osteosarcoma cells, cells were fixed with PBS containing 4 % paraformaldehyde for 20 min at RT and blocked with PBS containing 10 % normal donkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100 and 1 % BSA for 45 min at RT. After blocking, cells were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4?C followed by fluorochrome-coupled anti-mouse IgG at RT in the dark for 1 hour. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA.
