    Marque
    IHC-plus™
    Specificité
Recognizes human mast cell tryptase, both isoforms. Is an excellent marker for mast cells, and does not bind to any other cell type in immunohistology. Tryptases are the products of a number of and form the major neutral protease present in mast cells secreted in response to infection and injury. Mast cell tryptase has an important role in the pathology of inflammatory diseases, especially asthma through bronchoconstriction.
    Purification
    Protein G purified
    Immunogène
Human mast cell tryptase purified from human lung tissue.

    Type of Immunogen: Purified protein

  • Indications d'application
    Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P (2.5 μg/mL), WB

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in  pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for this antibody was determined to be 2.5 μg/mL. Histology Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil.
