May show reactivity to type IV collagen from other species. Has not been tested with other extracellular matrix proteins (e. g., laminin, fibronectin). Species cross-reactivity: Bovine.

Dot and slot blot: 1:100-1:500. ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000. Immunohistochemistry (Indirect): 1:10-1:40 (frozen sections only). Immunocytochemistry: 1:10-1:20. Positive control: Kidney, muscle, tendon, spleen tissues.

Not recommended for: IHC-P
