Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
    Marque
    IHC-plus™
    Specificité
A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with IL-7R from human, mouse and rat sources based on 100 % homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with IL-7R from other sources has not been determined.
    Purification
    Immunoaffinity purified
    Immunogène
Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near Y449 of mouse IL-7 protein.

    Type of Immunogen: Synthetic peptide

  • Indications d'application
    Approved: ELISA (1:100000), IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), WB (1:1000 - 1:10000)

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in  pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for this antibody was determined to be 5 μg/mL. Western Blot: Expect a band approximately 55 kD in size corresponding to phosphorylated IL-7 in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. This phospho-specific polyclonal antibody reacts with mouse IL-7 pY449 and shows minimal reactivity by ELISA against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide.
