Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000, Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin sections): 1:100. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Immunocytochemistry (IF): 1:25. Flow Cytometry: 1:25.
