Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/Paraffin): 1:100-1:200, Paraffin sections require protein digestion pre-treatment (e. g. 0.1 % trypsin) for 10 minutes or antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining the paraffin sections. Frozen sections do not require pretreatment. Positive control: Human Spleen.
