Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (Frozen or Formalin-FixedParaffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears). For IHC dilute concentared antibody at 1/50-1/100, use streptavidinapprox. biotin system orpolymer system, incubate 30 minutes at room temperature. FFPE tissue section requires antigen retrieval (boiling tissue in 10 mM citrate, pH 6.0 for10-15 minutes followed by cooling for 10-15 minutes). Recommended Positive Control: Human skin, squamous cell Ca.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Cytokeratins are usually found in pairs comprising a type I Cytokeratin and a type II cytokeratin. The high molecular weight cytokeratins, which are the basic or neutral cytokeratins, comprise subtypes CK1, CK2, CK3, CK4, CK5, CK6, CK7, CK8 and CK9.
