Specificité
- Specific for endogenous levels of the ~140 kDa NR2C subunit of the NMDA receptor. Also labels the ~180 kDa NR2A and the ~180 kDa NR2B subunits of the NMDA receptor. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption of antibody with the immunogen that was used to generate the antibody.

Attributs du produit
- Our NMDA NR2C Subunit rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is produced in-house. It detects NMDA NR2C Subunit and is antigen affinity purified from pooled serum. It is great for use in ELISA, WB, IP.
-
Purification
- Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification using a column to which the fusion protein immunogen was coupled.
-
Immunogène
- Fusion protein from the N-terminal region of the NR2C subunit of the rat NMDA receptor.
-

Stockage commentaire
- Reconstitute in 50 μl phosphate buffered saline (PBS: 137 mM NaCl, 7.5 mM Na2HPO4, 2.7 mM KCl, 1.5 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4) before use. After reconstitution it is recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year.
