L’anticorps anti-Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha Polyclonal Chèvre est utilisé pour la détection de Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha dans des échantillons de Humain, Souris, Rat, Boeuf (Vache) et Chien. Il a été validé pour WB et IHC (p).
Peptide ELISA: 1/128000. Western Blot: 0.03 - 0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 4 - 6 μg/mL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
