Indications d'application
-
Peptide ELISA: 1/64000. Western Blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 48 kDa band observed in Human Kidney, Liver andLung lysates. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings withantibodies from different sources. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Fumarasea band of approx.58 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfectedHEK293.
Other applications not tested.

Sujet
- FH (Fumarate hydratse) catalyzes the conversion of fumarate to malate. It is a key enzyme in the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. It exists in a cytosolic form and an N terminal extended form. The N terminal extended form is targeted to the mitochondrion, where the removal of the extension generates the same form as in the cytoplasm. FH also acts as a tumor suppressor.Synonyms: HLRCC, LRCC, MCL, MCUL1, mitochondrial Fumarate hydratase
