Indications d'application: Western blot. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 10 μg/mL. This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigenretrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides wereincubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkalinephosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Subsequently, this protein was found to have elevated expression in abnormally differentiating primary keratinocytes and in various carcinomas, including ductal carcinoma in situ.
