Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75 kDa band in Human Bone Marrow,Kidney, and Pancreas lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. ABIN401527 may detect theisoform A1A5D2 (UniProtKB) with a molecular weight of 81.5 kDa which is similar in aminoacid sequence to NP_443180.2 however lacking aa729-1268. Please note that currently wecannot find a precise explanation in the literature for the band we observe given thecalculated size of 125 kDa according to NP_443180.2. The 75 kDa band was successfullyblocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedbackfrom people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 2.5 μg/mL. In Human Brain shows cytoplasmstaining of Purkinje cells in Cerebellum.
Other applications not tested.
