Specificité: Antibody AP09479PU detects endogenous levels of MARCKS only when phosphorylated at Serine 162.

Purification: Immunoaffinity Chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human MARCKS around the phosphorylation site of serine 162 (K-K-Sp-F-K).
