Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:20000 - 1:80000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunomicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:20000-1:80000 using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
