Specificité: Reacts with bromodeoxyuridine (Brdu) and cross-reacts with iododeoxyuridine (IdU). Will react with BrdU incorporated into cells of any species. Detection of incorporated Brdu is useful in identifying cells in the S phase of the cell cycle, which may be important in studying the roles of various factors in cell cycle regulation. Cross-reactivity: tissue samples of all species.
