Specificité: This antibody recognises Cytochrome b-245 heavy chain (CYBB), which is also know as NOX2/gp91phox. NOX2/gp91phox is a component of the membrane-bound oxidase of phagocytes that generates superoxide. Defects in the CYBB gene are a cause of Chronic X-linked granulomatous disease (CGD). This antibody is specific for NOX2/gp91phox 382-PKIAVDGP-389
