Sujet
- CCR1, also called CD191, is the first CC chemokine receptor identified at DNA level. Like other CC chemokine receptors, CCR1 is a G-protein coupled 7 transmembrane protein. Genes for CCR1 and several other chemokine forms a cluster on chromosome 3p. A number of CC chemokines, such as MIP-1β, Rentes, MIP1- α , MIP1- δ , RANTES, and MIP3, MIP1 γ, HCC1 and HCC4 have been found to be the ligands of CCR1. CCR1 expression has been reported to be implicated in rheumatoid arthritis, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and hairy cell leukemia.
