Specificité: This antibody detects ascorbate oxidase [cucurbita]. Cross reactivity against ascorbate oxidase from other sources is unknown. Immunoelectrophoresis gives a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum and purified and partially purified ascorbate oxidase [cucurbita].

Purification: Multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer
