Sujet
- < div dir=ltr data-font-name=g_font_p0_4 data-canvas-width=519.3466821444035> Topoisomerase II alpha plays important roles in synthesis and transcription of DNA as well < span style=font-size: 12px> as chromosomal segregation during mitosis. It is reported to be a sensitive and specific marker of late S-, G2- and M-phases in transformed and developmentally regulated normal cells. Topoisomerase II alpha is also implicated in drug resistance of tumor cells.
