Specificité
- Recognizes canine homologue CD8 alpha chain which is expressed by a thymocytes, peripheral T cells and a splenic zone macrophages. Clone CA9. JD3 has been reported to inhibit cytotoxic T lymphocyte function. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays.
