Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. ELISA: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50. Frozen tissues.
