Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. *Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry: frozen. -
